our planet. By leaving a gift to a charity in your will, you not only support the Foundation’s future projects, but you
also perpetuate and pass on to future generations the values that have guided you during your life. Mention in your
will that you wish to leave some or all of your assets to the Pairi Daiza Foundation, Domaine de Cambron 1, 7940
Brugelette, Belgium (company number 0629.878.507).
Gifts and bequests left to a good cause receive favourable tax treatment in Wallonia and Brussels, mainly because
of the “dual legacy” scheme. By leaving your estate both to your heirs and to the Foundation, and ensuring that the
bequest to the Foundation is substantial enough to cover costs and inheritance tax, the Foundation may even have
to pay inheritance tax for your heirs.
